We go through the most stringent selection process. Our therapist must be trained in different massage techniques, have experience in professional spas and be certified as a qualified therapist. Our therapists go through a system of regular training sessions to finetune their techniques. We also require our therapists to seek and learn from customers’ feedback to ensure that they maintain the highest standards, our customers have come to expect.
Like good music, we believe a good massage needs to hit the right notes or to be precise, the right pressure points. Many forms of massage emphasize the use of different accu pressure points to relax and heal the aches and pains. Our therapist need to well versed in these pressure points so that each session is a bespoke experience that targets the right areas.
Being skilled in different massage techniques is just the beginning. The pace or rhythm of the massage is another important element that completes the whole experience. Each massage session is different. Our therapists are trained to gradually find a pace that suits each customer for a personalised experience.
We believe in pampering our customers. Aside from clean rooms with attached baths and fluffy towels, our customers can enjoy their massage in gently heated massage beds, and relax to a massage using warm organic essential oils that deeply penetrates and relaxes the body.
